  It is imperative to find out what price house you can comfortably afford. This process will pre-qualify you for the loan you take out to purchase your new home. With the prequalifed letter from a loan officer, it enables the seller to confidently deal with you, the homebuyer. It can give you the option of negotiating a better price. You may pre-qualify for your loan online, quickly and easily through our Mortgage Center. This does NOT contractually bind you to this institution for your home's financing. You are free to choose other institution you feel most comfortable working with for your home loan. • SEARCH FOR A HOME

  Simply search for multiple listing service (MLS) information on our web site at SOCAL MLS Home Search or SAN DIEGO Home Search. Data from certain cities may not be available online. You would need to register and sign up to receive automatic emails of new listings as they come on to the market that are meeting your search criteria. For new homes, our agent MUST accompany you on your first visit to the developer’s site in order for us to receive a commission from the developer.

• HOUSE PREVIEW

  After you drive by the homes, if you would like to see the inside of the houses, contact us and we will set up an appointment for you. Please obtain the loan pre-qualification letter prior to viewing the interior of the houses.

• HAVE US PREPARE AND SUBMIT YOUR OFFER ON A HOME

  We provide you with all the sale comparables for similar houses in the area so you can make an intelligent offer. We guide you through the entire buying process: offer, negotiations, acceptance, escrow, pest control, title, physical inspection, loan process and closing.
